Donation Call Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls related to donations.

• Interact with donors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Precisely input pledge and contribution information.

• Adhere to specified scripts and compliance regulations.

• Uphold regular attendance and meet performance expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Minimum of 6 months experience in remote customer service or 1 year in an onsite capacity.

• Strong and confident communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask across various systems while engaging in conversation.

• A quiet workspace free from distractions.

• Technical Specifications:

• Windows 11 PC (minimum 8GB RAM, 16GB recommended).

• USB noise-canceling headset required.

• Wired high-speed internet connection (WiFi-only setups are not acceptable).

• Dual monitors are strongly advised.

• No Mac or Chromebook devices permitted.
