Domestic Transportation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist the Domestic Transportation team by collaborating with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth movement of freight within the Saks Global network.

• Supervise logistics and order tracking for ETA inquiries related to store supply shipments.

• Manage and uphold an accurate release schedule for all transportation activities.

• Leverage GPS technology to track freight movement and provide real-time status updates.

• Monitor and evaluate weekly KPI metrics.

• Foster relationships with carriers and vendors regarding freight payment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business discipline is preferred.

• Practical experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is essential.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
