Domestic Sales Representative – Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Finalizing accounts in alignment with established monthly, quarterly, and/or annual objectives that facilitate mutual satisfaction for both customers and IMMY.

• Engaging potential customers through calls to advance leads through the sales pipeline.

• Promptly addressing inquiries, orders, and other requests from customers regarding any of IMMY’s product offerings or related items.

• Possessing a technical understanding of the diseases tested by IMMY and the tests themselves to participate in technical discussions with prospective clients.

• Staying informed and current with changes and advancements in the medical diagnostic industry, along with knowledge of fungal diseases and our global customer base.

• Suggesting modifications to products, services, and policies based on evaluations of our products' results and customer feedback.

• Keeping accurate records of sales opportunity progress in HubSpot, ERP, and/or other databases.

• Traveling to trade shows and conducting site visits to showcase IMMY’s product offerings among other vendors and laboratories, representing the company at various sales and marketing events.

• Cultivating relationships with lab managers and lead technicians to create enthusiastic advocates for IMMY’s tests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business (Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Finance) or Life Science (Biology, Botany, and Chemistry).

• Comfort with making cold calls.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, ERP platforms, or other CRM software.

• Outstanding relational and communication abilities.

• Reliability and professionalism.

• Prior experience in medical sales or a solid understanding of the industry is preferred.
