Domain Consultant – Wealth Management, Tamarac, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Spearhead custodial data integration projects from the stages of requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and final production delivery.

• Ensure that custodial feeds are correctly ingested, normalized, mapped, and synchronized from Tamarac to Salesforce CRM.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, integration challenges, and pipeline bottlenecks.

• Design, configure, and enhance Salesforce CRM workflows tailored for wealth management and advisor operations.

• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, boost integration efficiency, and expand CRM functionality.

• Collaborate with teams in wealth management, advisor operations, and technical departments to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.

• Act as a hands-on technical expert in Tamarac, custodial data architecture, and Salesforce processes.

• Manage deliverables, project timelines, and stakeholder expectations independently with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on Wealth Management / RIA environments.

• Extensive hands-on experience with integrating, mapping, and normalizing data feeds from prominent custodians like Charles Schwab and Fidelity utilizing Tamarac.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CRM, preferably within Financial Services Cloud, in an RIA or wealth management context.

• Strong expertise in translating operational and business requirements into effective, scalable data and CRM workflows.

• Capability to independently identify and rectify data discrepancies, integration challenges, and workflow deficiencies.

• Skill in managing client expectations, balancing competing priorities, and driving initiatives to successful completion with minimal oversight.
