This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Become an expert in Storyblok and headless CMS, assisting developers, partner agencies, and clients in comprehending Storyblok and its functionalities, enabling them to implement a headless architecture in their projects effortlessly, and maximizing the use of Storyblok’s features.
• Facilitate developers in deriving value from Storyblok by creating and maintaining developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.
• Develop sample applications, prototypes, and code snippets to demonstrate the versatility and strength of Storyblok and the headless content management approach.
• Support teammates in overcoming challenges, resolving obstacles, and completing tasks efficiently.
• Seek mentorship to enhance your own expertise, occasionally guiding teammates in a transparent, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in web development.
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; experience with GraphQL APIs is a bonus.
• Proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte) along with its core principles.
• Basic knowledge of Git.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A mindset geared towards continuous learning to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in documentation.
• Capability to learn and document technical subjects efficiently and thoroughly.
• Ability to adopt the users’ perspective to present technical information clearly.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Shows proficiency in AI literacy, with the ability to utilize AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and work quality while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
