Divisional Sales Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute detailed quarterly and annual sales training plans that align with Westlake’s sales goals.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and the appropriateness of training programs.

• Educate the sales team and supply current training materials, including handouts, slides, and videos.

• Assess and acquire potential sales contracts during dealer engagements.

• Engage in Regional meetings, trade shows, regional events, special occasions, and seminars.

• Must be willing to travel 3-4 days each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales is required.

• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

• Familiarity with Web Applications is essential.

• Knowledge and experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL is advantageous.

• A valid state driver's license is required.
