Divisional FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Divisional Finance Director and relevant stakeholders in budget planning and decision-making processes.

• Lead initiatives to leverage AI for optimizing processes across the organization.

• Ensure the team maintains the highest standards of collaboration and support within Business Units, functions, and departments.

• Establish finance and accounting team objectives that align with Division and Group goals.

• Foster a robust business and financial control framework.

• Oversee the financial reporting process to maximize team productivity.

• Ensure the implementation of a comprehensive financial management reporting tool, process, and documentation.

• Perform thorough performance and root-cause analyses on actual results to deliver actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Chartered accountant qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).

• Minimum of 10+ years of senior management experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to explain complex issues in a straightforward and concise manner.

• Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and programs effectively.

• Skilled in applying judgment in ambiguous situations to deliver practical solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
