This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and orchestrate all activities for a designated DOJ Division as per the contract.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Government, notably the Division’s Contracting Officer Representative (COR), as well as the Lead Component COR and the Contracting Officer.
• Hold full authority to represent the Contractor in executing all necessary work and services across all Task Orders.
• Direct all stages of performance, encompassing contract management, project/task oversight, and the formulation of litigation support project plans.
• Manage Division workloads and resource requirements while collaborating with corporate resources and leadership.
• Maintain direct responsibility for the accuracy, punctuality, and quality of all deliverables.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the COR and/or their designee to discuss scheduling, priorities, funding, performance concerns, and plans for the upcoming week.
• Deliver monthly in-process reviews (IPRs) to the COR, contrasting planned versus actual progress, and participate in regular case-specific meetings, providing concise written minutes for each.
• Capability to obtain and sustain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to employment (applicants are not required to possess clearance at the time of application).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Effective performance in a fully remote work environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing.
• Proven ability to oversee and coordinate all litigation support activities for a Division, managing multiple complex and time-sensitive tasks concurrently.
• Established communication skills to successfully engage with the COR, Government Case Managers, and attorneys.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to attend frequent in-person, case-specific meetings as requested by the COR.
