Diversion Control Investigator I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the Diversion Control Program through investigative research and assigned responsibilities.

• Aid in the implementation and operation of the Diversion Control Program.

• Perform investigative research utilizing the Internet and public record databases.

• Carry out Customer Due Diligence and Suspicious Order Monitoring investigations.

• Monitor and modify customer OMP parameters in accordance with program policies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Maintenance, and compliance teams from distribution centers.

• Generate and analyze monthly statistical data.

• Assist in preparing for audits and conducting interviews with state and federal regulators.

• Support targeted on-site pharmacy visits.

• Facilitate internal associate training on the Diversion Control Program.

• Organize and document investigative and due diligence findings for regulatory access.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and directors.

• Record work in an organized and timely fashion.

• Travel as required.

• Execute additional related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a related industry.

• Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Excellent research skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
