This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Acts as a key communicator between the dealership, regional offices, and national headquarters, guaranteeing top-tier support for dealers, customers, and assigned accounts.

• Regularly evaluates and monitors service and parts standards with designated dealers to promote ongoing growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Recognizes, formulates, and executes solutions to address customer and product challenges.

• Implements relevant policies and procedures to foster customer loyalty and optimize the use of company resources.

• Identifies, records, and conveys product quality concerns with dealers and customers to uphold Isuzu’s commitment to quality, reliability, and uptime.

• Advocates for the sale and promotion of Isuzu services and parts to achieve dealer and corporate goals. This involves collaborating with dealers' service departments, independent repair shops (IRS), and fleet accounts.

• Formulates marketing strategies with dealers to boost potential parts sales and promotes the use of parts and service co-op for strategy development.

• Aids the lifecycle business process by consistently assessing the dealership’s service workflow management, technical and managerial capabilities, service intake targets, vehicle uptime priorities, KPIs, etc.

• Suggests and assesses suitable actions to enhance areas of concern in collaboration with dealership executives and service management.

• Collaborates with the Lifecycle Business Manager during the comprehensive review process.

• Enhances customer satisfaction by focusing on vehicle uptime priorities and overall customer contentment in partnership with dealer personnel, local IRS, and fleet operators. This includes actively engaging in Vehicle Down Report (VDR) or similar processes, customer assistance (CAS) needs, and overall expectations from dealers and customers.

• Delivers administrative and review functions as required by the dealership, region, and corporate, concerning dealer contact reports, warranty procedures, lifecycle and technical training, as well as support to TAC and product engineering.

• Aids dealers in crafting solutions to fulfill the needs of all parties while prioritizing the customer experience.

• Facilitates regional and corporate initiatives to elevate the Isuzu brand.

• Carries out various job-related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience.

• A minimum of three years' experience with a domestic manufacturer, import distributor, or new vehicle dealership.

• Previous experience in automotive truck technician roles and/or dealer service and parts operations is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of mechanical and electrical principles related to on-highway vehicles.

• Strong knowledge of automotive/truck terminology and operations.

• Familiarity with modern diesel and gasoline vehicle systems.

• Understanding of dealership fixed operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SMART communication technology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to be productive and self-motivated.

• Capability to work independently while achieving objectives and expected results.

• Exceptional time management skills and marketing strategy development.
