
District Sales Manager β Cardiac Rhythm Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the accomplishment of unit and revenue targets for CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) products within a designated district.
β’ Support the district and region in meeting comprehensive cardiovascular sales and marketing goals.
β’ Formulate and execute strategies to fulfill both short-term and long-term business objectives.
β’ Train and nurture employees in sales techniques, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive awareness, and pursuit of career aspirations.
β’ Coordinate sales initiatives.
β’ Convey the mission, goals, and activities of the corporate, divisional, regional, and/or district levels.
β’ Lead and inspire team members to meet unit and revenue targets.
β’ Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and regularly scheduled performance evaluations.
β’ Implement corrective measures as needed.
β’ Assist team members in creating individual development plans (IDPs).
β’ Utilize customer-focused quality (CFQ) principles.
β’ Manage district resources, prepare and oversee budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective inventory and expense management.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in medical sales.
β’ Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and those with experience at Medtronic.
β’ Proven track record in medical sales, ideally with pacing or stent products.
β’ Experience in sales and personnel management functions.
β’ Familiarity with the pacing or interventional cardiology customer base.
β’ Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related fields is advantageous.
