District Parts & Service Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the designated District.

• Partner with dealerships to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

• Establish and nurture relationships within the dealer network.

• Oversee daily operations, including planning, objectives, and financial management.

• Effectively communicate the needs of customers and dealers.

• Propel district parts sales while promoting effective inventory management.

• Advocate for parts and service initiatives at dealerships.

• Counsel dealership personnel on best practices for service and maintenance.

• Assist prospective new dealerships in setting up their parts and service departments.

• Provide support during dealer termination processes as necessary.

• Enhance dealer performance through daily engagement, quarterly evaluations, and actionable plans.

• Collaborate with both the dealer and dissatisfied customers to swiftly address and resolve complaints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field; candidates holding an associate's degree or equivalent education, along with significant relevant experience, may also be considered.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within applicable industries.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities.

• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

• Strong comprehension of mechanical principles and adept troubleshooting skills.

• Proficient in leveraging performance data to foster accountability.

• Experience leading team meetings and conveying ideas with clarity.
