This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as a reliable business advisor to dealership leadership teams.
• Cultivate relationships with dealer partners and impact business decisions through data, insights, and collaboration.
• Assist dealerships in enhancing customer experience, retention, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Identify opportunities for growth and create actionable business plans to meet performance objectives.
• Evaluate trends, performance metrics, and market opportunities to propose strategic solutions.
• Facilitate business discussions with dealer leadership regarding opportunities, challenges, and performance improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with dealerships to implement customer care, service, parts, and operational initiatives.
• Utilize analytical tools and business insights to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Manage various priorities while working independently.
• Serve as a problem solver and change agent for dealer partners.
• Foster accountability and drive measurable business outcomes across assigned dealerships.
• Address aftersales customer issues related to SPAC, CAC, TAC, goodwill, warranty, and policy requests.
• Track and ensure achievement of SRT objectives, NPS, customer retention, STS, and EV training and compliance KPIs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist with aftersales initiatives on-site.
• Implement strategies in coordination with dealership operations.
• Report directly to the Zone Manager Parts and Service.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business, consulting, sales, or operations, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consulting abilities.
• Experience engaging with customers, business partners, clients, or stakeholders.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience leading projects, initiatives, teams, or business improvement efforts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity software.
• Background in automotive, retail, service operations, hospitality, sales, consulting, customer experience, or business management.
• Familiarity with KPIs, performance metrics, or business analytics.
• Experience in influencing leaders or managing customer or business relationships.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
• Must reside in the assigned territory or be willing to relocate to Rochester, NY or within 50 miles of the area.
• Must have authorization to work without GM immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
• May be required to complete role-related assessments and/or undergo pre-employment screening.
