District Manager, Interventional Glaucoma - Eye Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and promote AbbVie’s Xen Gel stent within the refractory glaucoma market.

• Oversee team activities and monitor district sales performance.

• Provide leadership and coaching to foster team development.

• Develop and execute account management strategies for growth.

• Comprehend and implement marketing initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with physicians and medical practices.

• Exhibit leadership in needs-based account selling methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• An MBA is preferred.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare, buy and bill, or device sectors is required.

• Strong business analysis and planning abilities that enhance sales performance.

• Exceptional judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficient in articulating the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic domains.

• Capacity to nurture talent for promotional advancement.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test while meeting safe driving standards.

• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time to effectively cover the territory.
