This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee commercial operations within field teams to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top- and bottom-line results.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, education, and development for both direct and indirect team members.
• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• A minimum of four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management is essential.
• Skills in business analysis and planning that effectively drive sales performance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a District Manager.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proven capability to provide candid, effective feedback and efficiently manage performance.
• Ability to cultivate talent for advancement opportunities.
• Must meet all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing standards.
