District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Craft exceptional experiences for guests by managing operational processes and procedures across a network of restaurants.

• Act as the primary point of contact between sports bars and the support center to ensure effective communication of initiatives, programs, and critical focus areas.

• Concentrate on daily sales, marketing strategies, and operations, including cost of goods sold, labor management, and guest relations.

• Translate overall business strategy into actionable daily operations by providing coaching and feedback to management teams.

• Mentor and assist management teams in recruiting, developing, performance management, and retention of team members.

• Facilitate the training and development of management team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations.

• Broad understanding of functional support areas such as Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development.

• Proven ability to manage and guide the work of others effectively.

• Strong passion for training and developing your team.
