District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell Dyson products within the designated territory in line with the company's objectives.

• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and establish targets aimed at boosting Dyson's sales across the region and among individual distributors.

• Proactively seek new business prospects during daily activities and enhance Dyson's distribution network in the area.

• Effectively manage relationships with distributors, sales operations managers, and product specialists, ensuring a strong partnership with store managers.

• Oversee daily store management within the channel, which includes but is not limited to display standards, sample machines, GWP, and inventory oversight.

• Responsible for the daily management and training of all regional employees.

• Facilitate the review and signing of the distributor's annual contract and rebate policy in accordance with company guidelines.

• Achieve the company's monthly and annual sell-in targets while ensuring compliance.

• Handle expense-related tasks, including but not limited to PO processing, expense prepayments, and rebate confirmations.

• Manage distributor profits and risks, covering aspects such as store Trading Term change tracking, distributor P&L monitoring, new distributor profit forecasting, and capital & operational risk management.

• Formulate strategies for distribution point and market development, which includes city development strategies, distribution point development within the city, and decisions regarding store development, relocation, or closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for candidates with business-related majors.

• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales management within department stores, electrical appliances, supermarkets, or beauty sectors.

• Exceptional team management skills, capable of leading the sales team, training and motivating members, to enhance overall team performance.

• Strong resilience under pressure.

• Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

• Proficient in office software, particularly PowerPoint.

• Basic proficiency in English reading and writing skills.
