District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Develop and adjust work plans based on established objectives and regional market conditions, ensuring timely tracking, correction, and improvement.

• Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources while providing timely summaries and optimizations.

• Build an efficient team that fosters compliance and integrity culture, offering professional training and personalized development plans for regional personnel.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to seize opportunities and expand new business.

• Create a communication mechanism that crosses departments and regions to ensure effective and quality communication both internally and externally.

• Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy while effectively implementing the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company’s products that are discovered during daily operations and, if necessary, assist in collecting required information for pharmacovigilance.

• Comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and company policies, embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in all work activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than two years in team management.

• Proficient in English with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Strong medical understanding combined with the ability to plan and execute market strategies.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent expression skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Willingness to undertake travel assignments as required by the company.
