This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the installation customer experience by guiding a team of associates.
• Ensure effective management of sold projects throughout their entire life cycle.
• Conduct audits of contracts and metrics, and perform site evaluations.
• Manage job flow processes, including scheduling and customer interactions.
• Facilitate training sessions with field installation teams for ongoing education.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends and achieve targets.
• Foster relationships and maintain professional communication with store and service teams.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or home improvement sector.
• Proven experience in managing residential home improvement installation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
