This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Manages and oversees the sales initiatives for various communities and products across the district, major markets, networks, and independent communities.
• Responsible for achieving and surpassing occupancy and revenue targets.
• Aids in the professional growth of community sales associates and offers coaching on selling techniques, pipeline management, and sales execution.
• Cultivates a robust sales performance culture throughout the district.
• Effectively manages sales outcomes within the designated district.
• Tracks occupancy trends and ensures the execution of sales activities by team members.
• Guides district alignment concerning competitive positioning and marketing strategies.
• Meets and exceeds all occupancy and revenue objectives for the assigned district.
• Leads and nurtures a team of community sales associates and business development experts within the district.
• Oversees the formulation of district business development and lead generation strategies.
• Guarantees efficient onboarding of new sales personnel.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and adjust short- and long-term community marketing plans and budgets.
• Assists in the recruitment and hiring of all sales personnel within their community portfolio.
• Evaluates local markets and competitive positioning within the assigned district, providing pricing and incentive/discount recommendations.
• A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in the sales process, promoting/selling related products, referral development, and knowledge of sales coaching and team performance management.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the senior housing sector, medical, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Capability to effectively manage time and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular car travel necessitates the incumbent to have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
