This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of distribution sales strategies within the designated market, in alignment with North American objectives.

• Responsible for managing OEM and significant national accounts.

• Convert North American goals into specific regional targets, key priorities, and actionable plans.

• Identify market potential, competitive threats, and avenues for growth within the designated market.

• Lead, manage, and nurture the North American distribution sales team, promoting a positive and safe work culture.

• Assist in human resources processes related to recruitment, performance management, and employee growth.

• Achieve national revenue, margin, and market share goals.

• Establish and maintain regular sales rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline assessments, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure disciplined application of CRM, sales metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Implement pricing strategies in accordance with established frameworks in collaboration with internal partners.

• Execute distributor strategies, including segmentation, coverage models, and engagement initiatives.

• Ensure consistent value messaging and execution across all distributor channels.

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on demand generation, campaigns, and brand positioning.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential.

• Prior experience in distribution-focused, B2B industrial/manufacturing settings.

• Previous experience in a sales leadership or equivalent role is preferred.

• Familiarity with sales software and tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are required.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

• Prior experience with quality control and process improvement is preferred.

• Technical proficiency with computers and tablets is required.

• Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent environments.
