This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Oversee and expand the designated territory and accounts through the rental and sales of portable HVAC solutions.
• Actively identify prospects for distribution and channel management teams, fostering professional relationships to comprehend customer needs and recommend suitable products and/or services.
• Execute business development initiatives for distribution and channel management teams within specified customer segments to align with the business strategy.
• Recognize bidding opportunities, engage in the preparation of bid submissions, and negotiate with potential clients.
• Generate new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
• Actively support and nurture potential projects with assigned customers, presenting them to the sales business development team.
• Cultivate personal customer relationships with potential accounts to influence opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and showcase new products to enhance the organization’s visibility.
• Organize workshops for assigned customers.
• Analyze market trends as well as specific customer trends, making marketing/sales adjustments based on these insights.
• Facilitate regional telematics sales growth by identifying customer opportunities, advocating for connected solutions, and collaborating with BluEdge partners to promote market adoption.
• Oversee the sale of finished goods through unconventional aftermarket channels by identifying new market opportunities, developing channel strategies, and partnering with associates to drive growth.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Over 5 years of experience in the refrigerated container/shipping/refrigeration sector.
• More than 5 years of experience in building customer relationships and/or channel management.
• Must be willing to travel 50-60% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish as a primary language, with the capability to communicate effectively in English within a business context.
