📋 Description

• Communicate and advocate for an ambitious technical vision that integrates AI and automated code transformation into the developer lifecycle.

• Break down intricate problems into actionable and operational solutions.

• Maintain high standards for the quality of technical design and execution.

• Act as a recognized authority on non-functional system attributes, including performance, scalability, and operability.

• Engage in continuous learning and contribute advanced technical insights to our community.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, optimizing your time to enhance impact.

• Serve as a role model and mentor within the tech community, aiding in the development and strengthening of the technical skills and knowledge within our engineering and product teams.

• Ensure that the code meets the highest quality and standards while actively contributing to and reviewing critical repositories of the application.

• Build full-stack applications with a product engineering focus, covering both frontend and backend ecosystems while balancing simplicity and flexibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.

• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

• At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, including event-driven and real-time architectures.

• Over 10 years of professional experience coding in commonly used languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system design principles that ensure highly reliable and maintainable systems.

• Experience in leading teams to enhance their testing and deployment processes and improving data products to meet CI/CD standards.

• Familiarity with applying artificial intelligence or machine learning concepts to engineering challenges (e.g., anomaly detection, test optimization, intelligent testing).

• Extensive practical knowledge of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles, chaos engineering, and advanced observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, tracing).
