Dispatcher/Router Combo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engages with Waste Management Drivers to facilitate problem-solving.

• Manages incoming service requests and coordinates with drivers.

• Addresses service-related concerns and communicates with customers.

• Utilizes Waste Management proprietary software for efficient ticket routing management.

• Prepares and organizes all routes for the following day.

• Responds to calls and emails from the customer service and sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D (from an accredited institution).

• Experience: Over 1 year of relevant experience in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work setting while demonstrating excellent organizational capabilities.

• Preferred experience in Dispatch, Routing, Logistics, or Transportation.

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs and systems, including basic connection and troubleshooting tasks.

• Must possess effective and professional communication skills via email, phone, and two-way communication devices.

• Eager and capable of learning Waste Management proprietary software applications.
