Diretor de Arte – Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create animations and motion design pieces for campaigns and digital channels;

• Develop videos and audiovisual content for social media and other platforms;

• Produce graphic materials for social media and digital assets;

• Transform concepts and briefs into creative visual solutions;

• Collaborate with the Creation, Marketing, and Content teams throughout the creative process;

• Participate in the conception, development, and finalization of campaigns;

• Ensure visual consistency and aesthetic quality in all produced materials;

• Adapt and modify pieces for various formats and channels;

• Apply best practices in design, storytelling, and visual communication;

• Maintain attention to detail, aligning creativity, strategy, and performance in deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Motion Designer at the Mid or Senior level;

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects;

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;

• Knowledge of Premiere Pro for video editing;

• Strong ability to create pieces for social media and digital campaigns;

• Excellent sense of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy;

• Experience in creating animations for social media, advertisements, institutional videos, and digital content;

• Organization, attention to detail, and effective deadline management;

• Portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate quality in both motion and graphic design;

• Ability to interpret briefs and propose creative solutions.
