This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead and nurture the Deal Desk and Renewal teams at Cologix.
• Act as a principal advisor, identify and direct enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and oversee the execution of Pricing, Renewals, and Commercial Excellence.
• Establish approval frameworks, delegation of authority, and escalation processes within the Commercial team.
• Analyze market pricing trends to ensure that product pricing is both appropriate and competitively positioned.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, Senior Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on product development, pricing strategies, price positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and operational execution.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure that commercial decisions align with company objectives.
• Drive portfolio expansion through coordinated technical, commercial, and customer strategies.
• Own the renewals and retention strategy to enhance long-term customer value and minimize churn across the portfolio.
• Continuously refine commercial processes, tools, and operating models to bolster scale and efficiency.
• Exhibit thought leader-level capabilities with a proven track record in evaluating and negotiating both new and existing contracts, while effectively utilizing pricing tools to inform pricing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (MBA preferred).
• 7-10+ years of experience in the colocation or telecommunications sector in a pricing, finance, or asset management role is necessary.
• 5+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
• Extensive knowledge of space, power, and interconnection pricing, along with a solid understanding of network and cloud offerings.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer negotiations.
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven success in building strong cross-departmental business relationships.
• Previous experience working collaboratively to analyze and formulate business cases for new product offerings.
• Experience in creating multi-market pricing strategies (international preferred).
