This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and sustain a steady flow of high-value client opportunities;
• Identify opportunities through CPA partnerships, networks, and referrals;
• Guide opportunities from initial introduction to successful closure;
• Uphold CRM discipline;
• Cultivate relationships with CPA partner firms;
• Convert relationships into referrals;
• Create a regular engagement rhythm;
• Lead discussions with strong conviction;
• Assess complex needs;
• Provide comprehensive wealth strategies;
• Secure and onboard new clients;
• Utilize planning, investment, tax, and estate resources to offer integrated recommendations;
• Establish a presence in Austin;
• Build relationships with Centers of Influence (COI);
• Enhance local brand visibility.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in wealth management or advisory roles.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and finalize business deals.
• Background in CPA or professional services networks.
• Strong expertise in financial planning.
• Experience with CRM systems.
