Director, UX Design – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take a central role in influencing the future of our client’s international footprint

• Establish design strategies and spearhead the development of cohesive, user-centered experiences

• Create user experiences in collaboration with essential product stakeholders

• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to represent and communicate design ideas

• Produce visually engaging and brand-aligned designs

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product managers

• Apply enterprise-level design systems in all solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a UX Director or in a senior-level UX role with a robust portfolio highlighting your work

• Over 8 years of leading UI and UX design for enterprise-scale digital platforms

• Expertise in design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Deep understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and user-centered design

• Familiarity with web accessibility standards, including WCAG, and best practices

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship management abilities

• Experience with design systems

• Knowledge of strict brand guidelines and UX best practices

• Proven knowledge and application of design pattern trends and best practices

• Innovative and collaborative mindset, adaptable to fast-paced, continually evolving creative environments
