Director, USMA Field Medical Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Medical Affairs field teams throughout the United States.

• Identify and enhance digital tools and systems for optimal performance.

• Collaborate across various departments including commercial, business analytics, IT, and Medical Affairs.

• Implement and improve the utility of pertinent digital systems and tools.

• Serve as the Field Medical expert and resource for our digital systems and tools.

• Conduct both new and refresher training sessions for Field Medical colleagues.

• Improve methods for measuring and reporting on metrics and KPIs.

• Develop strategies to enhance the tracking and reporting of Field Medical metrics and KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a scientific or information technology-related discipline.

• Proficient in Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and associated software.

• Advanced knowledge of digital tools and innovations in the pharmaceutical sector, including CRMs, AI, omnichannel strategies, and content management solutions.
