Director, Transformation Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives alongside Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners.

• Monitor financial and operational impact with thoroughness and clarity.

• Collaborate with Finance to verify business cases and track value realization.

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues as necessary.

• Facilitate a structured transformation rhythm, encompassing TO and ExCo meetings.

• Oversee governance of Wave for the designated workstreams.

• Assist with executive-level reporting and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Manager or Senior Analyst/Associate from a leading consulting firm, demonstrating a strong performance record.

• Experience in transformation, performance enhancement, or large-scale value creation, including governance, stage-gates, and impact assessment.

• High proficiency in McKinsey Wave is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

• Strong program management skills across multiple workstreams.

• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with ExCo-level audiences.

• Highly organized and execution-focused in dynamic environments.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
