Director, Technology Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the business to establish the strategy and roadmap for JLL's extensive data center technology stack.

• Oversee product integration within our JLL Smart Building Platform/IOC (Intelligent Operations Center) and global data center operations.

• Spearhead research and product development projects focused on robotics applications in workplace management operations.

• Assess and propose automation solutions that improve our delivery, operations, and realization capabilities.

• Foster innovation in analytics, diagnostics, and workflow automation technologies.

• Partner closely with the REMs Workplace Management business division to discern technology requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Manage customer-facing platforms, including developer consoles, APIs, billing systems, and customer portals (Supermicro Supercloud integration).

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that seamlessly integrate with existing CMMS, ticketing, and security ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years specifically in data center infrastructure, cloud computing, or enterprise hardware solutions.

• Extensive technical knowledge of data center operations, encompassing DCIM systems, network hardware, server infrastructure, and storage solutions.

• Understanding of server and network storage along with infrastructure automation management.

• Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), and network operations centers (NOC).
