Director, Technical Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the product vision and roadmap for all billing and payment systems.

• Lead strategic initiatives such as the expansion of payment gateways.

• Collaborate effectively with IT and Finance teams.

• Act as a subject matter expert for all initiatives related to billing and payments.

• Design and establish monitoring and alerting frameworks for payment operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering is required.

• Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered position or in a related field leading digital and billing platforms.

• Strong technical skills and acumen.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS and SOX.

• Experience in leading Agile product teams and applying principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
