This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acts as the principal architect for Amplify’s hiring infrastructure and programmatic engine.
• Develops and sustains the intricate backend ecosystem of vendor partnerships, technical automations, and operational workflows.
• Guarantees that the hiring engine is scalable and that data integrity is maintained.
• Promotes operational excellence and change management within the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding organization.
• Over 8 years of experience in Talent/People Operations.
• A minimum of 4 years leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (HR, Finance, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in managing vendor portfolios and complex staffing ecosystems.
• Expert-level experience in overseeing high-tier ATS platforms and HRIS integrations.
• Strong quantitative abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
