Director, Systems, Data, and Process Ops

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and expand the systems, data, and processes that drive our go-to-market strategy.

• Integrate various elements across CRM, GTM tools, and comprehensive workflows.

• Lead a high-achieving team of specialists focused on systems, data, and processes.

• Establish clear priorities, develop roadmaps, and define success metrics.

• Work closely with RevOps, IT, Finance, and GTM leadership teams.

• Manage the CRM and the overall GTM systems ecosystem.

• Implement governance measures to ensure data integrity and reduce system sprawl.

• Define and oversee core data models across systems and analytics.

• Ensure data quality through established standards, ongoing monitoring, and remediation efforts.

• Design and enhance comprehensive GTM processes.

• Lead the implementation of system and process modifications.

• Collaborate with Enablement to promote adoption and ensure consistent execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in RevOps, Operations, or Business Systems within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

• At least 4 years of experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.

• Extensive hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools.

• Proven history of designing and scaling cross-functional processes effectively.

• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with data models, reporting, and diagnostics.

• Capability to simplify complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
