Director, Strategy – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive strategic and operational projects: From identifying problems to implementation and evaluation.

• Collaborate with department heads: Assess where their operations need to progress for the next growth phase, and jointly oversee the process to achieve this. This involves closely partnering with clinical leadership to develop "lighter-touch" workflows that honor clinical judgment while promoting efficiency.

• Establish the analytical groundwork: Develop frameworks for evaluating operational performance across various functions to replace intuition-based decision-making.

• Lead specific initiatives: Enhance company efficiency, evaluate the impact of AI integration, and pinpoint upstream factors influencing CX volume to address issues before they escalate to agents.

• Manage cross-departmental projects: Assume responsibility for scalability initiatives that don't fall under a single department's purview.

• Shape the S&O function: Determine the operational dynamics of this team, how it interacts with the broader company, and the profiles to target for future hiring.
