Director, Strategic Programs – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee projects from their initial planning stages through to implementation.

• Emphasize process enhancement, reorganization, and the rationalization of portfolio and footprint.

• Engage in global collaboration with various business lines and functions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Diagnostics.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement in partnership with senior leadership.

• Create project roadmaps to capitalize on identified opportunities.

• Integrate a strategic perspective with effective Project Management capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• An MBA or another advanced degree in science or engineering is preferred.

• Over 10 years of professional experience, particularly in leading enterprise transformations, business optimization, strategy, or operational excellence initiatives.

• Certifications in Project Management and Continuous Improvement are advantageous, such as PMP or LEAN Six Sigma.

• Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
