This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of and enhance HBP’s portfolio of B2B channel partnerships.
• Establish the strategic role, objectives, and success metrics for each partnership.
• Ensure that channel offerings stand out from HBP-owned destinations.
• Lead the identification, negotiation, and management of partner relationships.
• Work collaboratively across functions to align channel strategies.
• Provide insights to advance HBP’s partner ecosystem.
• Actively participate in identifying partners and managing relationships.
• Assist in the development of partnership frameworks and performance metrics.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or corporate development.
• Strong focus on enterprise markets.
• Extensive experience in deal-making and relationship management.
• Background in platform-based partnerships such as LXPs or content ecosystems.
• Excellent commercial judgment and operational execution capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute plans effectively.
• Skilled negotiator and dealmaker.
• Collaborative leader with a humble approach.
• Comfortable representing HBP to senior external partners.
• Inquisitive about enterprise learning and emerging technologies.
• Clear and persuasive communicator.
