Director, Strategic Dissemination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement innovative strategies to effectively communicate and translate organizational goals within complex, large-scale enterprises.

• Create ongoing systems to critically evaluate knowledge, identify gaps, and address needs to enhance strategic comprehension and execution.

• Formulate actionable plans and deploy suitable interventions.

• Establish standardized procedures for processing requests, monitoring implementation, and assessing the impact of dissemination efforts.

• Collaborate with the Lead of Strategic Insights & Economics and other leaders to consistently share external insights, analyses, and findings with leadership teams.

• Act as a vital resource for identifying and preparing strategic content and messaging for Board-level meetings, C-suite presentations, and other senior executive events.

• Facilitate governance processes and communication frameworks that encourage transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• At least 7 years of experience in health systems management, strategic planning, or strategic communications is required.

• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and program management within complex organizations.

• Knowledge of operations within academic medical health systems and strategic planning methodologies.

• Familiarity with enterprise strategy development, strategic planning frameworks, and dissemination best practices.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to evaluate needs and measure impacts.

• Experience in designing and implementing change initiatives in intricate organizational settings.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills; capable of influencing within a matrixed environment.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to distill complex strategies into clear and actionable messages.

• Proven excellence in communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

• Exceptional design and written communication abilities, including skills for executive-level presentations.
