This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with healthcare system clients.
• Lead a team of Strategic Account Managers, offering strategic guidance and coaching to foster revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare system clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Enhance and expand the Henry Schein Brand in both up and mid markets.
• Negotiate and create distribution contracts with corporate entities, including Management Services Organizations (MSOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Emerging Markets, Clinical Health Centers (CHCs), Home Health services, Individual Hospitals, IPAs, associations, and large medical group practices.
• Assist in training Area Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and Field Sales Consultants (FSCs) in negotiating and developing distribution contracts.
• Conduct business reviews with key strategic clients to communicate value, identify risks, and discover expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to recognize, cultivate, and secure key IDN pursuits and growth opportunities.
• Guide the Strategic Accounts team in driving organic growth and maximizing account penetration by promoting the full medical product portfolio among existing clients.
• Generally, 12 or more years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in sales leadership within the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and communicate with teams.
• Proven track record in developing partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in a highly competitive market.
• Excellent management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop, mentor, and coach team members for high performance.
