Director Stakeholder Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing the strategic plan for medical stakeholder engagement.

• Implementation of these strategies for medical affairs.

• Leading initiatives without formal authority to achieve and fulfill critical business objectives.

• Building the NN medical presence with designated stakeholders.

• Assisting in external medical and market development efforts.

• Creating strategic engagement plans for groups, associations, congresses, partners, and other relevant stakeholder groups in medical affairs.

• Aimed at enhancing disease awareness, improving screening and diagnosis, and/or guiding medical management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PharmD, PhD, MD, or another advanced health degree is mandatory.

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant clinical/medical leadership is required.

• A demonstrated history of success, particularly in establishing and managing business-to-business partnerships and stakeholder engagement within a matrix environment.
