Director, Solutions Engineering – Eastern US

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, driving new business opportunities and expansions, and leading customer technical engagements, including demos, workshops, and pilots, to ensure smooth solution alignment from pre-sales to post-sales.

• Conduct technical discovery to evaluate the environments of enterprises with 5,000+ employees, identify gaps, and establish success criteria that inform proposal design and expedite deals.

• Stay informed about the AI, DSPM, and data security market, understanding how advancing AI capabilities align with customer goals, and effectively communicate the resulting business impact to both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Enable, assist, and train partners on Qohash solutions to generate new revenue through partner-led and co-sales initiatives.

• Collaborate across departments to assist with RFP responses, revenue-generating projects, and strategic growth plans for existing accounts by identifying additional use cases and value opportunities as a technical expert.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, manage technical objections with authority, and serve as the customer’s voice internally, providing product feedback, feature requests, and technical insights to your colleagues.

• Create technical narratives and demo environments that link revenue discussions to tangible outcomes, tailored to regional requirements, training demands, and priority use cases, while keeping pace with evolving product capabilities and roadmap.

• Develop and scale the US technical sales engineering function as Qohash expands.

• Travel nationwide to fulfill business needs, such as attending in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows, or supporting strategic opportunities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong alignment with our core values (experience in a high-velocity company is preferred).

• Over 10 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical position within data security or cybersecurity.

• More than 5 years of experience with software applications, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.

• Established relationships with enterprise security buyers, CISOs, or IT leadership in the U.S. are a significant advantage.

• Experience in working with or positioning AI-powered products, including the ability to clearly explain model outputs, limitations, and value in a customer-focused manner.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adjust messages for varied audiences.
