This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance for Salesforce within the Bath division.
• Take ownership of the platform vision, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders from Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Operations, and Finance departments.
• Establish and manage the multi-year Salesforce roadmap for the Bath sector.
• Assess new Salesforce capabilities and implement adoption strategies.
• Lead architectural evaluations for enhancements and integrations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
• Oversee the entire project portfolio, including prioritization and risk management.
• Manage all Salesforce clouds and supervise integrations at an architectural level.
• Act as the senior technology advisor to Bath's business leadership.
• In-depth expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong skills in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security design, integration patterns, and organizational strategy.
• Solid technical background in Flow automation, Apex, LWC, and API-based integrations (including AppExchange).
• Proven ability to develop and implement multi-year platform strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills at the executive level; capable of translating platform strategies into business value for C-suite stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in portfolio and project management; demonstrated history of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget across complex enterprise organizations.
• Financial expertise: experience in managing platform budgets, vendor contracts, licensing strategies, and ROI modeling.
• Preferred experience with integration platforms and ERP systems (Infor LN).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director role.
• Experience in managing Salesforce project implementations across multiple clouds in enterprise settings (preferably with 500+ users).
• Proven track record of leading and scaling cross-functional teams, including administrators, developers, and vendor partners; experience presenting technology strategies to executive leadership.
• Additional preferred certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Platform App Builder.
