📋 Description

• Collaborate to create and execute a unified sales operating framework across Semios Group's business lines, integrating standard SaaS performance metrics to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue outcomes.

• Standardize and enforce the essential sales process, methodology, language, and operational rhythms utilized throughout the sales organization, encompassing opportunity management, pipeline assessments, and forecasting schedules.

• Design and spearhead sales excellence initiatives, including onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and best-practice programs that enhance selling capabilities across various teams.

• Work in partnership with the people and culture team to design and implement sales training programs.

• Collaborate to devise and execute sales incentive and compensation programs that promote growth in alignment with the company’s objectives.

• Establish CRM standards and data governance practices to ensure high-quality data, robust adoption, and uniform use of systems across sales teams.

• Construct and sustain reporting frameworks and dashboards that offer leadership insight into pipeline health, revenue performance, and critical commercial metrics.

• Partner with sales leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy and bolster pipeline management practices throughout the organization.

• Assist in annual planning activities, including territory design, segmentation models, quota alignment, and capacity planning.

• Define and oversee frameworks for pipeline development, including lead qualification standards, handoff processes, and pipeline generation practices to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to sales opportunities.

• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance sales workflows through process optimizations, automation, and improved utilization of sales systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance, to ensure cohesive alignment throughout the customer lifecycle from lead generation to renewal and expansion.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations roles in a SaaS, ag-tech, or related technology sector.

• Direct experience in agriculture, ag-tech, or related fields, with knowledge of grower, agronomic, or seasonal sales cycles.

• Proven experience collaborating with senior/executive leadership to influence go-to-market strategies and drive organizational change.

• Experience supporting multi-product SaaS sales organizations and working closely with sales leadership on operational enhancements.

• Background in designing sales processes, sales enablement initiatives, and performance frameworks for expanding sales organizations.

• Proven experience managing CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance reporting in a growing organization.

• Experience in high-growth or scaling environments, ideally with evolving processes and systems.

• Strong knowledge of sales operations, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and revenue performance metrics.

• Background in sales reporting, forecasting processes, and KPI analysis.

• Experience in developing sales methodologies, training programs, and sales playbooks.

• Ability to translate business strategies into scalable operational processes.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
