This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of and consistently enhance the 4-week onboarding program.
β’ Manage and grow the library of use-case pitches.
β’ Design and execute quarterly pitch certification programs with significant consequences.
β’ Participate in calls, conduct debriefs with Account Executives, and facilitate small group workshops.
β’ Update seller briefs regularly as we introduce new models and as competitors evolve.
β’ A minimum of 8 years' experience in sales enablement or sales training within a technical B2B organization.
β’ Proven experience in developing an enablement program from the ground up β not merely inherited or maintained.
β’ Direct experience coaching Account Executives on a one-on-one basis, rather than solely creating content for them.
β’ Excellent writing skills β capable of producing pitch decks, talk tracks, and training materials that representatives actively utilize.
β’ Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where the product roadmap is subject to quarterly changes.
