This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of operations from the very first day.
β’ Mentor your managers, ensure forecast accuracy, and maintain high standards for SDR-to-AE handover quality.
β’ Spearhead global AI transformation within SDR workflows.
β’ Develop a system that effectively transitions SDRs into AE roles.
β’ Manage operational metrics, including pipeline analytics and forecast schedules.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in SDR or pipeline generation, with a minimum of 3 years managing managers in a B2B SaaS environment.
β’ Proven, hands-on experience in implementing AI tools within SDR workflows.
β’ Established track record of standardizing playbooks across remote teams and enhancing output without increasing headcount.
β’ Strong operational discipline: you monitor the right metrics, maintain rigorous forecast schedules, and identify issues early.
β’ Credible presence with stakeholders, including VP and C-suite-level GTM leadership.
β’ An instinct for building: you design systems rather than relying on workarounds.
