This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Proactively seek out new leads by identifying and researching potential dealer groups, utilizing industry insights, and taking advantage of referrals.
• Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to ascertain the prospect's requirements, objectives, and strategic fit with Safe-Guard's offerings.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, which includes conducting needs assessments, creating persuasive strategic proposals, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize new business agreements, ensuring advantageous terms and a smooth transition to implementation.
• Oversee the effective launch of new programs for newly acquired dealer groups, collaborating with internal teams and providing initial guidance.
• Work in partnership with the Manager of Customer Success to guarantee a seamless transition of new accounts for ongoing management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of assigned dealer groups, cultivating strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with assigned accounts to ensure product adoption, maximize penetration, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities, including prospecting efforts, pipeline status, and client interactions in the company CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com).
• Frequently report on key performance indicators, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and the health of the sales pipeline to NVR leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver customized solutions and support sales initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in a hunter-style sales, business development, or new client acquisition role, ideally within the automotive or vehicle retail sector.
• Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets while expanding a new business pipeline.
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive retail F&I.
• Outstanding Prospecting & Closing Skills: Proven ability to independently identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Strategic Sales Approach: Strong proficiency in conducting needs assessments, crafting strategic proposals, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a compelling and professional presentation style.
• Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with key client stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the capability to manage a dynamic sales pipeline and multiple prospects concurrently.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) for managing sales activities and reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to meet with prospective clients and participate in industry events.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
