This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of revenue cycle management across various sectors.

• Create and implement a strategic roadmap aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and financial outcomes.

• Lead and organize revenue cycle discussions, including sessions focused on managing denials.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—which include hospital and national leadership as well as third-party vendors—to accomplish revenue cycle improvement objectives.

• Foster an inclusive culture by identifying, sharing, and applying best practices across process and operations teams.

• Achieve measurable enhancements and financial gains through continuous improvement methodologies.

• Act as a change agent by effectively communicating and integrating continuous improvement initiatives.

• Remove process inefficiencies and aim to boost customer satisfaction using established tools and methodologies.

• Quickly adapt to changes in scope, priorities, and timelines while keeping a focus on business performance.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and leadership.

• Prepare and present executive-level briefings to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Encourage and motivate project stakeholders with a positive attitude, collaboration, and accountability.

• Remain informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes related to healthcare billing and reimbursement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent combinations of education and/or experience may also be considered.

• 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, and/or personnel management.

• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management systems and software is preferred.

• Strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes is preferred.

• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through change initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to cultivate effective, collaborative relationships across departments and with stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
