This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing various projects that involve cross-functional teams.
• Acting as the project manager and the main point of contact for clients on the project.
• Ensuring high quality standards and formulating recommendations based on anticipated outcomes.
• Communicating potential risks and opportunities to maintain alignment among staff.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables to confirm they are client-ready, including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and presentation slides.
• Identifying necessary adjustments to templates to ensure content meets objectives.
• Engaging in business development activities and participating in sales discussions.
• Leading the conceptualization of studies and drafting proposals for clients.
• Managing line responsibilities, including ensuring proper staffing and developing plans for the growth of direct reports.
• 8-10 years of experience, with a minimum of four years in a consulting setting.
• A Master’s degree in a field related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Understanding of the financial performance of projects.
• Proficiency in line management and mentoring direct reports to foster positive staff wellbeing and team dynamics.
