This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Supervise the setup, configuration, implementation, testing, and training for all products and services.
• Report directly to the EVP of Operations and oversee the Professional Services team.
• Create project plans, implement them, and continuously enhance the processes and procedures of the Professional Services.
• Provide strategic direction and vision for the Professional Services Team and associated activities.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure the relevance of our projects, products, and effectively communicate the value of our services to customers.
• Manage the budget of the Professional Services Department, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and engagement with our products and services.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in Payments and Technical Support, Setup, Implementation, and Project Management.
• At least three years of experience managing all facets of a services business, including Project Management.
• An undergraduate degree in a technical or business field, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in the implementation, setup, configuration, testing, and training of payment systems.
• Demonstrated experience in providing cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in leading efforts to design or redesign existing professional services offerings with successful execution.
