This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product marketing strategy for Seeq’s portfolio, covering aspects such as product positioning, messaging, audience narratives, and value articulation.
• Convert product direction, market demands, and industry priorities into concise market-facing narratives that link problems, offerings, value, and impact.
• Create and uphold core messaging frameworks, distinct positioning, competitive narratives, and proof points for key products, offers, and solutions.
• Collaborate with Industries and Whole Offer Management to ensure that market challenges, buyer requirements, and use cases inform the product roadmap and offer narratives.
• Assist with pricing, packaging, and offer commercialization efforts by providing the necessary messaging, value story, and launch inputs for a successful rollout.
• Lead the planning and execution of significant go-to-market programs, which include launches, portfolio initiatives, campaign dependencies, and cross-functional milestones.
• Manage Campaign Program Management as a fundamental function of the team, ensuring integrated planning across Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Regional Marketing, ABX / Campaign Execution, Enablement, and Operations.
• Develop and oversee the definitive source for launch timelines, dependencies, decision points, readiness criteria, and stakeholder accountability.
• Create standard launch and program frameworks, workback plans, governance routines, and post-launch evaluations.
• Ensure major programs transition from strategy to execution with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the creation and quality of essential GTM assets, including portfolio presentations, launch narratives, solution messaging, buyer-facing stories, FAQ frameworks, and value-based content.
• Maintain consistency across portfolio messaging, product-specific messaging, and execution at the campaign level.
• Collaborate with Field Enablement and Revenue teams to ensure product narratives are transformed into effective field materials, seller plays, and launch-ready assets.
• Uphold messaging discipline across products, offers, industries, and growth motions so that the market receives a coherent Seeq narrative.
• Work with the Senior Director, Go To Market to translate strategic priorities into a coordinated execution roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Marketing, Regional Marketing, and ABX / Campaign Execution leaders to ensure that campaign and route-to-market plans align with product priorities and launch schedules.
• Partner with the Group Manager, Industries, and industry leaders to integrate industry context, buyer priorities, and vertical proof points into product and launch strategies.
• Work alongside Marketing Analytics and Infrastructure and AI GTM leaders to enhance program visibility, workflow quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Partner teams to ensure alignment on launch readiness, field adoption, partner enablement, and market feedback loops.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team within Product Marketing and Campaign Program Management.
• Set clear objectives, operational rhythms, prioritization criteria, and development aspirations for the team.
• Establish a disciplined planning cadence that enhances launch quality, minimizes execution confusion, and boosts throughput across the GTM system.
• Work with Marketing Operations and the AI GTM Engineering team to implement AI-First work processes that enhance campaign scalability and optimization.
• Mentor team members to uphold high standards of clarity, accountability, collaboration, and business impact.
• Contribute to broader organizational design and talent development as the GTM model expands. Support AI upskilling within the team and across the marketing organization, modeling AI usage for others.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, industrial software, or a similarly intricate GTM environment, with substantial experience in product marketing, program management, or go-to-market leadership.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, Power & Utilities, Mining, Metals, and Materials, or in comparably complex B2B domains.
• A proven history of leading product marketing and launch initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Extensive experience in developing positioning, messaging, audience narratives, and launch frameworks for technical or enterprise offerings.
• Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional programs with numerous stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing functions.
• Strong leadership qualities, including experience in managing and developing high-performing individual contributors and/or managers.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations, plans, and narratives.
